Each RepSpark Systems report can be accessed via the web so real-time information is easy to obtain from any location where Internet is available. Reports can be manipulated, grouped and sorted to display exactly the data you want. Reports are graphically represented with drill down information regarding invoices, orders, customers, product, bookings, returns, etc
Sales Analysis Reports: Managers can do comprehensive sales analysis by rep, customer, customerclass or style as well as Year-To-Date, Year by Year Comparisons and numerous others.
Order Summary Status Report: Retrieve order summary information. Quickly identify credit hold orders, open orders as well as booked, shipped and cancelled amounts.
Order Detail Status: View order line status information. Identify style bookings, cancellations, and returns analysis by style. Sort by Customer, Order or Style.
Shipping/Commissions Report: Retrieve Invoices and Returns by Year/ Month.
Bookings Comparison Report: Compare season bookings with the prior year. View bookings by customer or product class or customer. Sort by name or by bookings (rank).
Availability Report: Look at A/O stock and what is coming in and when.
Customer List: Query your customer list and create downloadable files for use in e-mail or mailing list programs.
Season Summary-Style Bookings: See how styles are booking company-wide. See the top selling styles.
Style UPC List: For EDI accounts by class.
UPC Lookup: Match store sku number to UPC numbers and D.C. deliveries.
Open WIP Report: Query the Open WIP File to see actual quantities of goods expected to arrive.
Top Account (Statistics): Query the Customer Statistics (Based on System generated Statistics file) to review your top (bottom) accounts based on Bookings, Cancellations, or Returns.
Book/Ship/Cancel/Return: Group orders and return results in booked/shipped/cancel/return columns.
Cancellation Analysis: Summarize Cancelled order lines by Cancellation Reason.
Returns Analysis: Summarize Returned Order Lines by Return Reason Code.
