July's Feature Release Notes

july feature release_thumbnail

Welcome to the July 2025 feature release notes.

The goal of sharing our feature release notes is to give you a quick look at the new features and updates that we've released this month.

Everything you see here should be available to you if you're seeing this, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to our support team to help you answer anything you have questions about in here.

You can also check out our help docs, which we are continuously updating.

So let's get to what you're getting this month.

What's New

  • An Improved User Invitation Process
  • Zero Downtime Deployments

This month is a smaller release, but rest assured that we're working on something bigger that we'll start teasing in the coming months.

But, in the meantime, for more details on this month's new updates, keep reading below.

Improved User Invitation Process

improved user invitation process

You're now able to include personalized comments when you're inviting a new user on RepSpark.

This way when you're inviting a new rep, or a new member of your staff, you can provide instructions on what they should do when they join, or where they should start looking once they accept the invite.

We hope this new feature makes it easier for your team to get up and running with RepSpark after you invite them.

Zero Downtime Deployments

What does "Zero Downtime Deployments" mean for you?

It means that your RepSpark service won't be interrupted when we make updates to the RepSpark platform.

You, your reps, and your users will be able to continue placing, facilitating, or managing orders while we roll out our improvements to the platform.

That's it for now, we'll see you again on the next update.
