Jan22- RepSpark Features and Updates

🔥 New Feature- Events Now Sync With Live Inventory

  • You can now sync your Events with live inventory. This means that when your inventory is out, it will update on your events page. 

🔥  New Feature- Manually Sync Products and Images (Admins)

  • You can now run a manual sync on your data (once every 12 hours). This will allow you to sync images, products, and also run a check of which image files are missing.

🔥  New Feature- Split Order Feature

  • The latest Split Order feature allows you to enable a checkbox to split your order by date or line. 

🔥  New Feature- Cart Abandonment Emails (Admins)

  • Under Messaging in the Admin dashboard, you now have the ability to notify your B2B buyers that they have items in their cart so they can get notified of their "draft" order status. You can also select the frequency and the number of notifications you'd like to set for your B2B users and set up an order submission notification for your team.

🔥  New Feature- New Manage Users- Brand Access Request Source Identifiers (Admins)

  • Know how your users are requesting access through the User Registration Source column in the New Manage Users tab. You can see who is requesting access and how they are finding you (Via request, invitation, and Community).

New on RepSparkGO! Mobile App Enhancements!

You now have the option to SHOW MY BRANDS. This will allow the user to go back to other brands without having to log out. This matches more with the desktop platform.

The second screenshot allows the user to stop the syncing process. This is helpful if you wanted to quickly switch to a different brand and not wait for the sync to be completed. mobile app 3

  • The third screenshot shows the search bar on top of the Brand page. This allows easy access to a specific brand for the user and they do not need to allow the scroll to find a brand.

Search & Filter
  • Buyers will be able to search based on name, category, and description for your brand.

RepSpark Community was launched last month allowing you to connect and collaborate all from one place.

Before buyers can start searching, make sure to:

  1. Sign on through app.repspark.com and directly from the repspark.com website
  2. Build your community profile

      • Note: Your custom URL will not change!

The new admin panel will replace the "Admin Dashboard" and offer more features and functionalities including customizations for your B2B Portal.

Split Order Feature Update 

RepSpark is releasing an Improved Split Order Feature which includes:

  • Pop-Out menu where you can select from 4 Split options.
  • Visual board layout of how your split orders will be grouped by Line and Delivery date
  • Ability to Submit ALL split orders simultaneously rather than having to do each split order as separate transactions.

Split Options

  1. Split by Line -- if some sizes are not available on the current order date, you can split the entire size run (Line) into a new order with the Future Delivery Date
  2. Split by Size -- if some sizes are not available on the current order date, you can split just those out-of-stock quantities to their own new order and still order a partial size run today.
  3. Ship Complete on XX/XX Day -- This will automatically adjust the Order ship date so that all of your items can be shipped as one single order on the earliest date all items are in stock.
  4. Ship Complete As Entered -- This option allows you to "force" the order through on today's date despite the Quantities not being available for all items/sizes at that time.   The option bypasses the cart validation requirements for inventory. 
    • NOTE: this option must be requested explicitly to be enabled, as it will require your team to manage the order dates, quantities, and shipping info after the fact. If you would like to enable, please contact success@repspark.com

New Pop Up Action Added

A more visible action has been added when a user adds a product to the art. This is a quick "loader" as well as a pop-up message, ensuring that the user doesn't mistakenly add the product to the cart twice.

Apparel Magic Update- Ability to Map the Insignia notes/data PER STYLE to the Order level notes
