5.11 used numerous platforms to support wholesale growth across multiple divisions in various countries, such as North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and Hong Kong. The various platforms to manage operations created a lack of visibility of their real-time inventory. There wasn't a data integration to synchronize their systems, causing delay and internal frustration.
