About this position
Company Overview
RepSpark is a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider transforming wholesale e-commerce. As a PGA partner and the golf industry's gold standard for B2B software, we help leading apparel, footwear, and sporting equipment manufacturers streamline operations and elevate the wholesale buying experience for their customers and sales reps.
Position Overview
RepSpark is hiring a Product Manager to own our integration strategy and delivery. This is a new, highly visible role on our core product team responsible for defining the roadmap for how our B2B ecommerce platform connects to ERPs, payment providers, invoicing systems, and other critical third-party systems.
You'll be the sole PM for a dedicated integrations engineering team, accountable for prioritization, requirements definition, and successful delivery of our integration capabilities. This isn't a role where you can ramp slowly. You'll need to quickly develop a deep understanding of our current integrations landscape to effectively set direction and unblock the team.
Responsibilities
- Own integration strategy and roadmap: Define priorities for orchestration layers, ERP connectors, and SaaS integrations based on customer needs and business value
- Drive ERP connector delivery: Determine which ERPs to prioritize, define functional requirements, and ensure production-ready connectors ship on schedule
- Partner on technical decisions: Collaborate with engineering on sync vs. event-driven patterns, data mapping approaches, and API design while representing product and customer constraints
- Expand SaaS integrations: Build out our integration ecosystem for payments, invoicing, email, and other business-critical systems
- Enable other product teams: Work cross-functionally to understand their requirements and ensure integration capabilities support broader platform features
- Define specifications: Write detailed requirements, document data mapping needs, and maintain clear acceptance criteria for integration work
- Own outcomes: Be accountable for integration reliability, scope, timeline, and successful adoption by customers
Requirements
(Must-Haves)
- 5-7 years of product management experience in technical environments, working directly with engineering teams
- Ability to understand and contribute to technical architecture discussions (APIs, data modeling, system design)
- Experience with integrations, data mapping, or platform/middleware products
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize with incomplete information
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation and requirements
- Flexibility to align working hours with development team schedules
(Nice to Haves)
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, order management, or inventory systems
- Direct work with ERP systems (implementation, integration, or PM)
- Background in B2B SaaS products
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture, webhooks, or real-time sync patterns
- Prior experience as a technical PM in integration or platform roles
What this Role is Not
This is not a role for someone who wants to focus purely on strategy or customer-facing product. You'll need to understand technical details: data schemas, sync logic, and integration patterns. You won't be writing code or making final architecture decisions, but you need to be technical enough to define clear requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and have credibility with engineering. If you're not comfortable reading API documentation or discussing system constraints with engineers, this isn't the right fit.
Benefits
- Competitive salary and bonus opportunities
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Collaborative, high-energy work environment with a mission-driven team
