About this position
RepSpark is a rapidly growing SaaS B2B eCommerce software company based in Southern California. We are seeking a full-time Revenue Operations Associate to join our expanding Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.
This role sits at the critical intersection of marketing and sales and plays a key part in ensuring that our inbound lead engine runs efficiently. You'll manage lead flow, optimize conversion rates, and support alignment between sales and marketing to drive measurable revenue growth. From coordinating outreach efforts to analyzing campaign data, you'll help us scale smarter and faster by turning demand into action.

Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
- Manage inbound inquiries across email, forms, and chat
- Qualify, follow up, and assign leads quickly and efficiently
- Monitor and improve inbound lead-to-meeting conversion rates
- Assign inbound leads, monitor booked meetings, chase anyone missing a meeting
Appointment Booking & Enablement
- Own the “appointments booked” KPI and reporting
- Collaborate with sales to optimize meeting handoff and readiness
- Maintain dashboard data to visualize booking pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign attribution
Sales & Marketing Collaboration
- Act as the key bridge between marketing and the sales team
- Serve as primary brand contact enrichment hub for prospects in Hubspot using Seamless and other tools
- Share feedback on lead quality and campaign results to refine strategy
- Support reporting and performance analysis for the team
Process Optimization & Analytics
- Run experiments to improve response and conversion rates
- Support inbound sales ops by working with HubSpot and Excel
- Research competitors, tools, and trends to improve ROI and campaign performance
Outbound Assist & Special Projects
- Support targeted outbound prospecting to supplement inbound efforts
- Coordinate special projects aligned with GTM strategy
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in RevOps, SDR/BDR, sales development, or marketing in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in digital channels like email and chat
- Analytical mindset with experience in HubSpot (or similar CRM), Google Suite, and Excel
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Naturally curious about sales tech, lead flow, and operational improvement
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
