ellesse Brings Its Italian Sport Heritage to Retailers on RepSpark
by Sawyer Frank on September 4, 2026
Clubs, pro shops, and retailers can order ellesse's elevated, retro-inspired sport apparel through RepSpark.
(Dallas, TX & Anaheim, CA) – ellesse, an Italian sportswear brand blending performance, tailoring, and retro-inspired design, is available to order on RepSpark, the golf industry's leading B2B wholesale eCommerce platform.
As part of the Catapult Brand Group portfolio, ellesse on RepSpark gives retailers a streamlined, digital-first way to discover and order its collection.
Clubs, pro shops, and specialty retailers will now have an ordering experience backed by accurate available inventory and the operational infrastructure of the broader Catapult and RepSpark partnership.
ellesse has built its name by treating sportswear as something that could be both high-performing and beautifully designed. The brand rose to prominence on the tennis court and continues that legacy today with elevated sport apparel made to move between competition, the clubhouse, and everyday life.
Now back in the U.S. market for Spring 2026 with a collection rooted in its tennis heritage, ellesse pairs bold Italian style with technical performance, including moisture-wicking, four-way stretch, breathability, and quick-drying construction.
An Italian Icon, Reimagined
ellesse began with Leonardo Servadio, a tailor from Perugia who came from a family of textile merchants and grew up with a love of mountain sports and a dislike of dull ski wear. He designed his own ski trousers, each named for a Dolomite peak, and their success led to a factory and a brand named for his initials, L&S, which became ellesse.
By the 1970s, ellesse was synonymous with Italian craftsmanship and flair, expanding from ski into tennis, racing, cycling, and golf. Its logo became a badge of pride worn by champions across sport, from Wimbledon winners Chris Evert and Boris Becker to World Cup and Olympic athletes. By elevating sportswear beyond pure function, Servadio helped set the template for athleisure as we know it, and today's collection carries the same intention: precise detailing, effortless movement, and style on and off the court.
Why Now Matters
"We're proud to deepen our partnership with Catapult Brand Group. Their expertise in B2B wholesale is a natural complement to ellesse's ambitions for premium distribution in the U.S. Tennis deserves a brand and a partnership that bring together technical credibility, cultural fluency, and long-term vision; and as we've seen in other sports, the right brand arriving at the right moment can shift culture entirely. That's the opportunity in front of ellesse and Catapult, together.” Duwayne Miller, CEO The Iconic Brand Corporation
