About this Position

RepSpark, a rapidly growing SAAS B2B ecommerce software company based in Southern California, is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to join the expanding Marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting our SAAS B2B e-commerce platform for current and future customers, collaborating with stakeholders, clients, partners, and media outlets. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology, enabling intelligent selling in the apparel, footwear, and accessories industries. 

The selected individual will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and communicating our value proposition to a global B2B audience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and customer support, to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience. Proficiency in web design within the HubSpot platform is a key component of this role. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing all visual material to reach new target markets and creating templates for all marketing, sales, and customer support collateral, supporting ongoing design across multifunctional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Visuals and Marketing/Sales Assets:
    • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across various channels.
    • Create and update design elements for marketing collateral and presentations.
    • Design engaging marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, whitepapers, and case studies.
  • Target Market Reach and Value Proposition:
    • Develop visual material to reach new target markets.
    • Ensure designs resonate with diverse audiences and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collateral Standardization and Ongoing Design Support:
    • Create standardized templates for marketing, sales, and customer support collateral.
    • Collaborate with multifunctional teams to provide ongoing design support aligned with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Digital Design:
    • Design visually appealing digital assets for online campaigns, social media, and the company website.
    • Create email marketing templates and design one-off emails in HubSpot and Mailchimp.
    • Ensure all digital designs optimize user experience and align with current design trends.
  • Web Design (HubSpot):
    • Develop and maintain visually compelling web pages and templates in the HubSpot platform.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to optimize website design for lead generation and user engagement.
  • Product Promotion Design:
    • Create compelling visuals for software product promotions across various channels.
    • Design materials for product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Event Materials:
    • Create eye-catching visuals for trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
    • Design booth graphics, banners, and materials to enhance the company's presence at events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Graphic and Web Designer, preferably in a B2B or technology-related industry.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Experience in email marketing in MailChimp and email marketing and web design in the HubSpot platform.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital materials.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing trends and an understanding of software industry dynamics.
  • Ability to follow a process and create an organizational structure of all curated assets
