The 2026 TRAFFIC Show is back at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, and if you're a brand showing your line this season, the 48 hours on the floor can shape your bookings for the rest of the year.
Here's a quick preview of the June 2026 show, what to expect, who's there, and how to turn booth conversations into written orders. And if you want to talk through any of it in person, the RepSpark team will be on-site both days.
What is the TRAFFIC Show?
The TRAFFIC Show is a biannual wholesale trade show held at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, Texas, produced in partnership with Cinco Kings. It brings together a wide cross-section of brands and lifestyles (outdoor, active, fashion, action sports, fitness, travel, and more) so retailers can discover the products they need for their stores in one place.
In other words, it's a room full of exactly the people wholesale brands want to meet: buyers ready to write orders, and reps ready to introduce new lines. The show's strength is that convergence.

Who you'll meet on the floor
The TRAFFIC Show audience skews toward lifestyle and specialty retail, outdoor enthusiasts, active individuals, fashion-forward shops, action sports, fitness, and travel. For exhibiting brands, that means the buyers walking your booth are often specialty retailers and independents looking for differentiated product, not just the biggest names.
This season's sponsors give a feel for the community and the energy on the floor:
- Beer & wine both days, provided by PanHandle Slim / Rock & Roll Denim
- Wednesday happy hour, brought to you by Baja Llama
- Sweet Tweet, sponsored by TOBIQ
- Swag bags, sponsored by HOOEY
- Creature Coffee each day, provided by the TRAFFIC Show
It's a relaxed, relationship-driven environment.
How exhibiting brands get more out of the show
A trade show booth is expensive real estate, and the brands that win aren't just the ones with the best display. They're the ones who make it effortless for a buyer to go from "I love this" to a confirmed order, before the buyer leaves the floor and gets pulled in ten other directions.
A few things separate the brands that convert show traffic into bookings:
Make the line shoppable in the moment. When a buyer is standing at your booth, you want live access to your catalog, real-time inventory, and pricing—not a stack of paper line sheets you'll have to reconcile later.
Write the order on the spot. Every order that gets "followed up on next week" is an order at risk. Capturing it while the buyer is engaged protects the booking and shortens your sales cycle.
Give buyers a reason to reorder. The first order at the show is the start of the relationship. A clean digital ordering experience makes the second and third orders far more likely.
Don't lose the lead. Badge scans and business cards are only useful if they make it into a system your team will actually work after the show.
This is where having the right wholesale tools (and the right partner) makes the difference between a good show and a great one.
Meet the RepSpark team at the TRAFFIC Show
RepSpark will have team members at the TRAFFIC Show both days, and we'd love to talk with brands about how they're handling wholesale.
RepSpark is a B2B wholesale eCommerce platform built specifically for the kinds of brands that show at TRAFFIC: apparel, footwear, outdoor, action sports, swim and surf, fitness, and more. Since 2007, we've helped brands grow sales, simplify ordering, and strengthen retailer relationships on one platform.
A few things worth asking us about if you stop by:
- Event Microsites — purpose-built pages that let you take orders and showcase your line at events.
- Digital catalogs and line sheets — share your full line digitally with real-time pricing, so buyers always see accurate, current product.
- Live inventory and order writing — let reps and retailers place orders against live inventory, on the floor or after the show.
- ERP integrations — sync orders straight into your back office so nothing gets re-keyed or lost.
- RepSpark Community — a network of 225+ lifestyle brands that retailers can discover and connect with.
Whether you're already running your wholesale on a platform or still juggling spreadsheets and PDF line sheets, it's a good chance to compare notes and see what's working for other brands in the space.
