RepSpark is a rapidly growing SaaS B2B eCommerce software company based in Southern California. We are seeking a full-time Professional Services Consultant to join our expanding Professional Services team. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and integrating our SaaS B2B eCommerce platform for our valued customers. You will collaborate with clients, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our cutting-edge technology and help brands sell intelligently in the apparel, footwear, and accessories industries.
- Lead project management of implementation and integration project activities from Service installation through final production cut-over.
- Develop Statements of Work for customer requested custom feature enhancements.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the implementation, testing, client training, and deployment phases, ensuring problem identification and resolution.
- Conduct remote and onsite billable customer product training.
- Gather and analyze requirements for Service integration and implementation projects.
- Offer technical account management to a growing customer base.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of the Knowledge base by providing technical content.
- Manage customer escalations and drive issue resolution with the support of cross-functional team members.
- Work independently with limited guidance, acting as the sole consulting resource on a project.
- Collaborate with the sales, customer success, and other relevant teams as needed.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment with various CRM or Ecommerce platforms.
- Proven experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years in a technical training or teaching role, with the ability to effectively communicate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with Agile software development and delivery environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An Information Technology degree or equivalent experience is preferable.
- Experience in the apparel, footwear, and accessories industries is a plus.
